Cheerleading
The Hiram Cheerleading squad is a non-competitive cheering and stunting team. The squad cheers for all home football and men's basketball games and participates in many Hiram sponsored events.
Please contact the cheerleading advisor for further information regarding tryouts, practices, and performances. For potential Hiram students interested in cheerleading, please contact admissions to schedule an overnight with one of our squad members.

Join us for open practices from 5:00pm-7:00pm on these dates:

*Practices are not mandatory to try out for the 2008/2009 season. Please dress in workout clothes and tennis shoes. We will meet in the main lobby of the Coleman Center.
Fall Season
There will be a meet and greet for all new and returning squad members this summer TBD. A mandatory information meeting will take place two weeks before school starts as well. Please check back at a later date for details.
Mandatory two-a-day practices will take place the week before school starts in the Fall. Fall in-season practices will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from
5-7pm. Squad members are expected to work out two other days per week during the season. Members will cheer at all home football games on Saturdays. (Aprox. 5 games)

Meghan Factor

Meghan Factor is a Higher Education Administration Masters Student at Kent State University. Meghan was on the Cuyahoga Falls Varsity Dance Team for three years and the Danceworks Dance Team for eight years. She coached dance and was on the board of directors for the Cuyahoga Falls Youth Football Association for eight years. She has been the advisor for Hiram cheerleading for two seasons and recieved AACCA Certification in December of 2007.
Will Kauff
Will Kauff is a resident director at Hiram College, and a recent graduate of Marietta College. Will has experience in gymnastics, cheering, and stunting through his involvement as a child and also during his time at Marietta College. Additionally, Will was a coach of an elementary level cheerleading squad last year. He has been an advisor for both football and basketball season, and along with Coach Factor recieved his AACCA Safety Certification in December of 2007.
