Schedule of Events

The Terrier Scramble

8:30-9:45 AM    

    Registration and continental breakfast

10:00 AM

    Shotgun start

4:30 PM

    Catered awards dinner in the Clubhouse

    Cocktails prior to dinner

 

Throughout the day

Contests (hole-in-one, longest drive, putting, and others)

Skins challenge

Raffles and door prizes

Register online by clicking the Online Registration Form link above or register by postal mail by downloading the Day with Hiram brochure above. 

 

Payment

Please make checks payable to Hiram College - Day with Hiram and mail your payment by May 20, 2011 to:

Costs

Individual golfer: $150

Foursome: $600

Dinner only: $30 per person

 

Sponsorship Packages

(packages include a golf foursome)

Terrier package: $1,100

  • Sole sponsorship of selected hole on the course, with signage located at tee box, green locations, and registration area the day of the outing
  • Name recognized at dinner and special mention during event
  • A foursome round

 

Blue package: $900

  • Signage posted on the course at the tee box the day of the outing
  • Name recognized at dinner and special mention during event
  • A foursome round

Red package: $800

  • Signage posted on the green the day of the outing
  • Name recognized at dinner and special mention during event
  • A foursome round

 

White package: $700

  • Name displayed on the leaderboard the day of the outing
  • Name recognized at dinner and special mention during event
  • A foursome round

 

Signage Packages
