Stephanie Lukezic, Assistant Director of Admission
I'm your admission counselor if you're from ...
Portage, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties
I am afraid of baseball and softball. You will not see me at an Indian’s game unless I am sitting all the way at the top of the stadium. I always think I am going to get hit by a foul ball.
I am a huge Oregon Ducks football fan, but I have never been there and do not know anyone from Oregon. A few years ago I found out there was a team with a duck for a mascot and decided that would be the team to cheer on. They actually turned out to be really good, so now I spend my Saturday nights staying up late watching the Ducks.
Reading, celebrity gossip (only if it comes from People or E! Online) and hanging out with my puppies.
Who do you look up to the most and why?
I look up to my mom and my sister because they both give really good advice and are always willing to listen.
What is your favorite thing about Hiram?
I can’t pick just one. Overall, I love the people. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love Hiram. I love the 12-3, it give students the chance to have a variety of experience both on and off campus. The thing I love the most about the admission process is that we look at the entire student. We consider everything from their grades and test scores to out of school activities to drive and determination. It really helps us bring in a well-rounded class every year.
