Email Signatures
Click here to download an appropriately sized logo for your email signature. Do not use the "First at Hiram" identity in your email signature.
GIF Seal Files
Use .gif files if you wish to use the Presidential Seal without white space surrounding it; for example, use these files if you wish to place the seal over something.
Download the seal in blue.
Download the seal in white.
(You will not see the graphic in the new page as it is white, but right click and save to download.)
Adobe Illustrator Logo Files
Use Adobe Illustrator files when a vendor requests a vector file (most commonly for T-shirts or other memorabilia). You will be able to save this file to your computer and send it to a vendor, but you will not be able to open it.

Please use the approved letterhead for official campus communications.

Approved Font Downloads
Approved typefaces found on most computers include Arial, Times New Roman and Minion. Times New Roman and Minion are serif fonts, and should be used for body copy. Arial is a sans serif font and should be used for headings.
Other preferred fonts for campus communications include MgOpen Canonica, a serif font for body copy, and Frutiger, a sans serif font for headings. These fonts are not found on most computers.
